Refund, Withdrawal, and Cancellation Policy
At Khetiox Agritech & Services Private Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver excellent veterinary services and marketplace experiences. However, we recognize that there may be situations where you seek a refund, withdrawal, or cancellation. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our veterinary services, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are granted solely at our discretion, based on the validity of your reasons, supported by a thorough investigation.
1.2 Refund Processing Time:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the same source account used for payment.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days from the date of approval.
1.3 Refund for Khetiox Outlet (KOO) Purchases:
Refunds for purchases made through Khetiox Outlet (KOO) will be credited to the source bank account.
Refunds for KOO purchases cannot be adjusted with the Khetiox wallet (app).
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Appointment Cancellations:
You may cancel your veterinary consultation appointment free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled time. A full refund will be issued.
Late Cancellations or No-shows: If canceled less than 60 minutes before the appointment or if you do not show up, you may not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Cancellations Due to Service Dissatisfaction:
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a cancellation and refund. Such cases will be reviewed, and refunds granted at our sole discretion, based on the outcome of our investigation.
3. Wallet Recharge and Usage Policy
3.1 Wallet Recharge and Usage for Video Consultancy:
For video consultations with veterinary experts, you must recharge your Khetiox app wallet with the required amount before starting.
Wallet balance cannot be credited back to your bank account. However, it can be used to:
Purchase items from the Khetiox marketplace.
Adjust with partial booking amounts for livestock or fishery purchases on the app.
3.2 Marketplace Purchases and Order Cancellations:
While buying from the marketplace, you may use your wallet balance to pay partially or fully.
If you cancel a marketplace order:
Wallet-adjusted amounts will be credited back to your wallet.
Amounts paid via cash, credit card, debit card, or net banking will be refunded to the original payment source.
3.3 Wallet Recharge Withdrawal Policy:
Wallet recharge amounts cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.
The wallet balance can only be used for:
Veterinary consultations.
Marketplace purchases.
Partial payments for livestock or fishery bookings.
4. General Terms
4.1 No Refund for Completed Services:
Refunds will generally not be issued once a service has been rendered and completed unless exceptional circumstances are reviewed and validated.
4.2 Non-Refundable Fees:
Transaction fees, such as third-party payment processing fees, are non-refundable.
5. Amendments
5.1 Policy Updates:
Khetiox Agritech & Services Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund, Withdrawal, and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website and mobile.
